Getting to Provence takes a bit of effort, but it’s easier than it seems!
Located in the South of France, the region is accessible by either high-speed rail or air travel, with the primary train station and airport each less than an hour drive to the village of Lourmarin.
Wherever your journey begins, we recommended the following routes to consider once in France!
From Charles De Gaulle Airport
If you’re headed to Provence following your flight’s arrival at Charles De Gaulle Airport, you may take either a connecting flight to Marseille Provence Airport (~1.5 hours) or choose the high-speed train from the airport’s departure point to Avignon TGV (~2.5 hours)

Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG) → Marseille Provence Airport (MRS)
By Train | ~3 Hours
Paris Roissy-CDG 2 Airport → Avignon TGV

From Paris
Should you be spending time in Paris before the celebrations begin, there is a high-speed train that departs from Paris Gare De Lyon station, with direct travel to Avignon TGV.

Rental Cars & Private Transfers
Upon arrival to the region through either Avignon TGV or Marseille Provence Airport, guests may choose to book private transfers to Lourmarin, or rent a car, as each are served by major car rental companies.
Accommodations
But guys, where do I stay once I’m there?
We gotchu. Lourmarin is a very small but popular village, especially during the summer months in Provence. For your convenience, we’ve reserved accommodations in the area for all guests, with check-in on Tuesday, June 17th (prior to our Welcome Party that evening) and check-out on Friday, June 20th (the day after our Poolside BBQ).
We’ll be in touch with the details following your RSVP, and will ensure you are comfortable with your accommodations before confirming your room!
Should you prefer, please feel free to explore Airbnb or VRBO, and search for accommodations within the villages of Lourmarin or Lauris, which will be the most convenient locations for your stay.
